Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

Our standard delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday, and while we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, deliveries are not usually made on public holidays. During these times, couriers may pause operations, which can slightly extend the delivery window by an extra day.
If you place an order on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day and shipped out immediately after. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated with tracking information so you’ll know exactly when your package is on its way. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible, even around holiday schedules.
We currently do not use postcode-based delivery restrictions — our service covers all areas within our delivery zones without the need to check individual postcodes. This means that as long as you’re located within our supported regions, you can enjoy our fast and free 2–3 day delivery on all products.

In most cases, a signature is not required for standard deliveries, meaning your package can be safely left at your doorstep or in a designated safe place if you’re not home. This makes receiving your order more flexible and convenient, especially if you’re at work or away when the courier arrives.
